• Must have tools, transportation (truck/ van preferred) and a valid driver's license
• Be physically fit, punctual and courteous

• Have experience supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling sub trades and requisitioning materials and supplies
• Be prepared to work with minimal supervision

Skilled Carpenter

• Skills include general, rough, finishing, framing carpentry and exterior siding

Skilled Labourer

• Applicant must have valid driver's license and grade 12
• Be physically fit, punctual and courteous
• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Assist in demolishing buildings/ structures
• Pile and clean salvaged materials
• Dig, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• Drive the company truck on occasion to make deliveries

Office Manager Assistant

• You must be punctual, courteous and ready to learn
• Possess good computer skills
• A working knowledge of the Quick Books accounting program is an asset
• You should be able to communicate well with clients and co-workers on the phone
• You should have experience with reconciling monthly statements, data entry, and filing
• Office experience with a construction company is an asset
